Who we are
One firm, six practices, deliberately connected.
Most problems worth paying a consultant for do not respect professional boundaries. A refinery’s control-network exposure is a safety issue, an insurance issue, a procurement issue and, the week it becomes public, a communications issue.
We built Nelnationale to hold those threads together. Our engineers understand commercial pressure. Our advisors understand what a control system actually does. Our media practice can write about the work because it sits down the corridor from the people doing it.
We operate from Nigeria and Canada, which means we work fluently across two very different regulatory, commercial and hiring cultures, and we help clients and professionals move between them.
What we do
Our practices
Engage one, or engage several as a single accountable team.
Not sure which practice you need?
Most engagements start with a scoping call. We will point you to the right service, or tell you it is not us.
Talk to usHow we work
Four commitments we hold to on every engagement.
Understand before advising
We start on site, in the plant, or in the operating data. Recommendations that skip this stage are guesswork dressed as strategy.
Cost the options honestly
Every recommendation arrives with an estimated cost, an estimated benefit and the assumptions behind both, so leadership can disagree with the reasoning rather than the conclusion.
Deliver alongside your team
We work in your governance, with your people named on the plan. Change your team did not help build does not survive our departure.
Hand over and make ourselves replaceable
Documentation, runbooks and training are part of the scope, not an upsell. The measure of a good engagement is how little you need the next one.
Where we work
Sectors we know from the inside.
We take work in sectors where we have operating experience. Where we do not, we say so.

Notes from the work.
Short, specific pieces written by the people doing the engagements.
Segmenting an OT network without buying a shutdown
Most segmentation programmes stall because the design assumes a maintenance window nobody will ever approve. Here is the sequencing that works instead.

Reserved instances will not save an organisation that cannot say who owns a resource. Start with ownership, then negotiate.

The gap is rarely competence. It is scope language, evidence and the screening layer between you and a human reader.

Start with a conversation, not a proposal.
Tell us what is not working. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right firm for it, and what a first engagement would look like.
