How does a first engagement start?: With a 45-minute scoping call at no charge. If there is a fit, you receive a written proposal with scope, team, timeline, price and assumptions within a week.
Do you work with small organisations?: Yes. A meaningful share of our work is with owner-managed firms and individual professionals. Engagements are scoped to the budget available rather than a minimum fee.
Can you work remotely?: Most of our advisory, cloud and media work is delivered remotely. Industrial and OT engagements normally require at least one site visit, which we plan around your maintenance schedule.
Which currencies do you invoice in?: Nigerian engagements are invoiced in Naira or US dollars; Canadian engagements in Canadian dollars. This is agreed before work begins.
