Mandate: Political & Public Affairs

Candidate Development & Debate Preparation

Mock debates, hostile interview practice and delivery coaching, until the hard questions stop landing.

Overview

Candidates rarely lose debates on policy. They lose on the question they had not rehearsed, the pause that read as evasion, or the answer that gave the opponent a clip.

We run genuine preparation: a researched briefing book, a stand-in opponent, hostile questioning, and recorded playback until the delivery holds.

Questions

Before you enquire

How long does debate preparation take?
A serious block is one to three weeks. A single afternoon before a televised debate is theatre, not preparation.
Do you coach sitting officials too?
Yes, for legislative appearances, press conferences and public inquiries.
Is family preparation really necessary?
If they will be interviewed or photographed, yes. Unprepared family members are a common and avoidable source of damage.
