Services

Five practices, one accountable team.

Each practice stands on its own. Together they cover the full arc of a problem, from the network in the plant to the message on the podium.

01

Industrial & OT Technology

Keep the plant running, and keep it defensible.

Oil and gas, power, water and manufacturing operators run estates that were designed for uptime, not for hostile networks. We work at the seam where operational technology meets corporate IT, the place where most incidents, and most avoidable downtime, actually begin.

Our engineers speak both languages. We can read a P&ID and a firewall rule set, and we translate between the control room and the board so that security work does not stall production.

Capabilities

OT/IT convergence architecture
Purdue-model zoning, DMZ design, segmentation and secure remote access for plant networks.
ICS/SCADA security assessment
Passive asset discovery, vulnerability triage and risk ranking against IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82.
Industrial identity and access
Machine and human identity, certificate lifecycle, least-privilege access for controls engineers and vendors.
Edge data and telemetry
Historian integration, edge gateways, MQTT/OPC UA pipelines and site-to-cloud synchronisation.
Incident readiness
OT-specific playbooks, tabletop exercises and recovery planning that account for safety systems.
Vendor and contractor governance
Third-party access control, change management and supply-chain assurance for plant equipment.
02

IT, Cloud & Software

Modern systems that your team can run without us.

Most organisations do not need more technology. They need the technology they already own to be coherent, secure and cheap to operate.

We design and build cloud platforms, integrations and custom applications, then hand over documentation and runbooks that make us replaceable. That is the point.

Full practice detail

Capabilities

Cloud strategy and migration
Landing zones, cost modelling and phased migration on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
Custom software engineering
Web platforms, internal tools, APIs and integrations built with modern, maintainable stacks.
Data platforms and analytics
Warehousing, pipelines, reporting and the governance that keeps numbers trustworthy.
Applied AI
Document processing, assistants and decision support scoped to measurable savings, not novelty.
Enterprise cyber security
Identity, endpoint, cloud posture, ISO 27001 and SOC 2 readiness.
Managed IT for growing firms
Helpdesk, device management, backup and continuity for teams without an internal CIO.
03

Business & Management Advisory

Decisions made with evidence, then actually executed.

Strategy documents are cheap. Execution is not. We work with owners, boards and executive teams on the decisions that move the number, then stay long enough to see them implemented.

Our advisory work is deliberately unglamorous: costed options, honest baselines, and a delivery plan with named owners and dates.

Capabilities

Growth and market strategy
Market entry, pricing, competitive positioning and expansion planning across African and Canadian markets.
Operating model design
Structure, roles, decision rights and the reporting lines that make them stick.
Process improvement
Lean and Six Sigma-informed redesign of the workflows that cost you margin.
Internal controls and risk
Control design, testing, segregation of duties and remediation of audit findings.
Programme and project delivery
PMO setup, recovery of troubled programmes and delivery governance.
Business plans and investment readiness
Financial models, investor decks and diligence preparation.
04

Global Career & Mobility

Your experience is not the problem. Its packaging is.

Skilled professionals arrive in Canada with a decade of real responsibility and a résumé that reads as unqualified. The gap is almost never competence. It is vocabulary, format, evidence and search strategy.

We work with individual professionals and with employers hiring internationally trained talent. Practical, specific, and grounded in what Canadian hiring systems actually screen for.

Full practice detail

Capabilities

Career strategy
Target role definition, realistic sequencing and a search plan with weekly targets.
Résumé and profile rebuild
ATS-aware résumé variants per target role, plus LinkedIn positioning.
Credential and experience translation
Mapping foreign qualifications and job titles to their Canadian equivalents.
Interview preparation
Behavioural and technical rehearsal, compensation negotiation and reference strategy.
Job-search execution support
Application tracking, pipeline discipline and outreach templates that get replies.
Employer advisory
Helping Canadian employers assess, onboard and retain internationally trained professionals.
05

Mandate: Political & Public Affairs

Win the argument before you ask for the vote.

Mandate is our political and public affairs practice. It works for candidates, parties, campaign organisations, government offices and the institutions that have to explain themselves to a public that is not obliged to listen.

Campaigns are usually lost on fundamentals rather than tactics: no defensible message, no reliable count of who is actually persuadable, no discipline when the pressure comes. We work on the fundamentals first, then run the machine that delivers them.

We hold a firm line on how the work is done. Mandate runs on verifiable claims, disclosed sponsorship and lawful campaigning. We do not run disinformation, fake grassroots operations, bot networks or voter suppression of any kind, for any fee. That constraint is the product: a campaign built this way survives scrutiny, and scrutiny always comes.

06

Media, PR, Entertainment & Digital

Say the true thing, well, to the people who matter.

Our media practice is a full-service entertainment and communications house: broadcast production, public relations, digital and technology, event media, artist and athlete management, publishing, distribution, touring, film and television, and brand partnerships. It serves recording artists, athletes, entertainers, corporate brands, institutions and public figures.

Technical and industrial organisations are usually bad at explaining themselves, and it costs them contracts, talent and public licence to operate. Artists and entertainers face the mirror-image problem: visibility without an underlying strategy for what it is meant to achieve.

The practice sits deliberately alongside our technology and advisory work. We can write about a control system because we have configured one, and we can build the website, the SEO and the analytics because that is another practice down the corridor.
